Green castor bean (Ricinus communis) is a fast-growing tropical shrub grown as an annual in cooler climates. Features enormous, deeply lobed, green leaves that can reach 1–2 feet across. Plants produce spiny, ornamental seed pods. Can reach 6–15 feet in a single growing season.
