Core Return Terms

• Return Window: All items can be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery.
• Acceptable Condition: We accept new, unopened items as well as opened / used seed products within the 30-day return period.
• Return Method: Customers ship the item back to our designated U.S. return address via standard mail or courier.

Eligible Return Reasons

1. Products with quality problems, including mold, pest damage, inconsistent variety, quantity shortage or poor quality;
2. Severely damaged packaging caused by logistics transit;
3. Wrong items, missing items or shipping errors caused by our team;
4. Personal reason returns are also supported within the 30-day period.

Return Application Process

1. Contact our support team at support@verdseeds.com, provide your order number, return reason, and attached photos of products or packages if needed.
2. Our team will review your request within 2 business days and send you clear return instructions.
3. Mail your items back to the designated Denver address with original packaging as much as possible.
4. After we receive and inspect your returned package, we will complete your full refund processing within 2 business days.

Shipping Cost Rule

• If the return is caused by our error: product quality issue, wrong shipment, missing items or transit damage → we cover return shipping cost.
• If you return for personal reasons → customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Non-Returnable Exceptions

1. Return requests submitted beyond the 30-day valid return window;
2. Man-made intentional damage, improper long-term storage leading to complete deterioration;
   

III. Exchange Policy

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days after receiving your order.
• Exchanges are limited to the same product specification and variety.
• Submit an exchange application via support@verdseeds.com with order number and product problem evidence.
• After review and returned item confirmation, we will arrange a replacement shipment within 2–3 business days, and cover all replacement shipping fees.
