About this seed

Why gardeners choose this variety

Clematis belongs to the buttercup family, but its garden identity is often built around climbing stems and conspicuous flowers. The group contains a wide range of species and hybrids, so it has become a rich subject for collectors interested in flower structure and different ways plants use vertical space.

The green-flower theme of this listing can be explored as part of a restrained foliage-and-flower composition once the seedlings' actual character is visible. Keep them labeled and observe habit before choosing a support; not every clematis grows in the same way. Seeds do not reliably duplicate a named green-flowered cultivar. Treat the result as a botanical growing project, with flower color and form to be assessed as plants mature.
