Description
Dusty miller (Jacobaea maritima, formerly Senecio cineraria) is a perennial grown as an annual for its striking, silvery-white, felted foliage. The leaves are deeply lobed and have a soft, woolly texture. Plants reach 12–18 inches tall and are valued as a foliage accent in borders, containers, and bedding schemes. Small yellow flowers may appear in summer but are often pinched off.
