About this seed

Why gardeners choose this variety

Start Blue Storm clematis seedlings for a climbing-flower collection. Provide support as needed, and expect flower traits to vary from the named selection.

Clematis flowers are often compared by the number, shape and arrangement of their showy sepals. That gives a Blue Storm seedling project a practical focus once blooming begins. The label itself does not certify a cultivar, stable blue coloration or a particular support and pruning requirement.
